Set against the quiet beauty of Kiawah, this home was the result of two years of thoughtful collaboration, close partnership, and complete trust. Our clients, whose permanent residence is in Charlotte, came to us with a distinct style, one full of personality. They knew the feeling they wanted to create; we helped bring it to life, every step of the way.

Working alongside the talented team at Kingswood Custom Homes and Aaron of Aaron Cote Architecture, we were deeply involved from the start: auditing plans, designing every interior selection, collaborating closely with the builder and architect, and making near-weekly site visits to ensure every detail reflected the vision.

It was a true VIP experience: showroom visits, custom furniture selections, lighting plans, architectural edits, and material sourcing; they were truly guided at every turn. Our role wasn’t just design; it was to steward the entire experience and create a home that felt beautifully inevitable.

Inside, the spaces soften with layered neutrals, organic textures, and artisan finishes create a home that feels both sophisticated and deeply lived-in. Every room is rich with character and confidence; this second home designed not just for weekends, but for making memories that last.
