At the heart of the home, the kitchen features waterfall quartzite countertops, contemporary lighting, and polished hardware. It’s a functional yet elevated space that honors the couple’s Italian-American roots and love for entertaining. Adjacent, the keeping room is designed for connection, with a custom sectional, layered textures, Schumacher drapes, and grasscloth walls. Built-in bookcases painted Aegean Teal add richness and warmth.

The nearby dining room feels equally intentional, with a glass statement fixture, a handcrafted solid wood table, and indoor-outdoor chairs that balance beauty with practicality when raising small children. A coordinating rug ties it seamlessly to the keeping room.

On the lower level, a cozy seating area near the playroom offers space for parents to unwind, surrounded by custom bookcases filled with books. One of the biggest transformations is the former non-conditioned space, now a color-drenched indoor-outdoor room with new doors, windows, flooring, and built-ins, making it warm, inviting, and made to be lived in.
